So this month, instead of my buddy Nyberg and I going out to dinner, we went to lunch so she could explore the downtown food carts. We intended to hit up Smack Shack for lobster, but they were closed for truck repair, so we went to Hola Arepa instead. Have y’all eaten there yet? Because wow, is that chicken avocado arepa amazing. Ah-may-zing. Go there, now — before they close for winter.
Anyway, the trouble with eating at food trucks today was it was COLD* outside, and as soon as our food was ready, we headed inside to warm up. It was at this time, while we were eating inside the US Bank building, that I saw the window washers above us. (A very long explanation for the photo, I realize.)
*OK OK,, so it wasn’t cold per se (it would have been considered downright hot in February), but it was in the 50s and I wasn’t wearing a jacket or scarf or anything and we were in the shade and it was windy. I know, I know. It is my favorite time of year — I just wasn’t dressed for it.
