Holy cow, look who made it out for some live music this weekend! It was loud and raucous and fun and exhausting. I don’t know if this photo conveys that or not, but overall, I am so happy that we were able to get out and see some rock’n’roll. Even if we did have to stop at Starbucks on our way to the club for some espresso since we head to bed around 10 pm these days and are boring old sods. Except for the nights we head out to see a fantastic band and act like we never had children. Oh, those are the nights.
And today is Halloween! I’m hosting a photo booth in my studio this afternoon, which I’m balancing with a crazy toddler staying home all day. Ezra had a massive fever Saturday night and Sunday (no other symptoms though…) and our daycare has rules about keeping the kid home 24 hours after the fever breaks. So today ought to be interesting. I also would like to point out that Ezra has been sick this year on Christmas weekend, Valentine’s weekend, his birthday weekend and now Halloween weekend. This kid is a constant party, I tell you.
If you’re coming to the shoot, do not fear. I have someone watching Ezra, and he won’t contaminate your children, I promise.
Anyway, here’s hoping you guys all have a wonderful hallow’s eve!
