Our second box from the CSA arrived today, and since so many of you have asked what all it includes, I thought I would show you. Now, keep in mind that we split this box in half with a friend, so we’re not eating ALL of this in a week. But we are eating half, which is still a ton.
This week we got: blue potatoes, a large bag of Asian greens, broccoli, a large bunch of spinach, some russian banana fingerling potatoes, green garlic, purple and green kohlrabi, red leaf lettuce, red radishes, rosemary, scallions and strawberries. And the strawberries lasted about 10 minutes. Oh my, they were good.
