mmm... breakfast

The perfect start to a rainy Saturday morning, eh? I rolled out of bed around 11:30 (yeah. i know.) and stumbled into the kitchen with pancakes on my mind. We didn't have any bisquick, so I looked up original recipe from the Joy of Cooking and made this batch here.

I have to say, I prefer the bisquick. These weren't fluffy enough for my taste, not that I'm complaining. Also, I did not eat this entire stack. There are leftovers in the fridge :)
