Tonight was the sold-out CD/album/cassette-release party for Jeremy Messersmith. Yes. Cassettes! Crazy! Anyway, I love this album. He has it as a "pay-what-you-want" download on his site, so you can get it for free. But I bet after you hear it, you'll want to throw some cash his way -- it's good stuff.

The best part of the show was when he brought out a string quartet to play along. I have always loved seeing him live, but it's so much better with a full band on stage. He's hitting the road, so go see him play. Seriously.
